Manufactured with the innovative engineering of Karsey Industry, the M-SK-AP-I Monorail Sliding Cold Room Door is specifically designed for meat processing plants, logistics warehouses, and industrial cooling areas. Developed to provide full insulation in door openings where monorail lines pass, this model exhibits the highest level of resistance against corrosion with its completely stainless steel (Inox) accessories.

Stainless Steel Hardware: CR-NI 304 stainless profile and sheet are used in the rail suspension system and the perimeter of the monorail line passageway. The carrier rail, wheels, handles, and all other accessories are completely Inox.

Durable Wing Structure: As standard, 0.5 mm thick galvanized RAL9002 (25µ) electrostatic oven painted and protective film covered sheet is used. CR-NI 304 stainless, PVC coating, or colored sheet options are available upon request.

Excellent Sealing: While there is a single row seal on three sides of the movable wing, a specially designed seal is located on the lower edge for doors without thresholds.

Hygienic Frame System: It is fully compliant with food safety standards with its 3 Corner Aluminum + PVC (Hygienic special PVC profile) fixed frame system. The movable wing frame consists of anodized aluminum profiles.

Flexible Usage: It can be manufactured as opening to the right or left. Sight glass, lock system, and CR-NI 304 stainless skirt sheet (shin guard) can be added optionally.
Model Options (Wing Thicknesses): Depending on the insulation degree you need, it is offered with wing thickness options of 80 mm (M-SK-AP-I08), 100 mm (M-SK-AP-I10), 120 mm (M-SK-AP-I12), and 140 mm (M-SK-AP-I14). All models feature an aluminum-plastic fixed frame and flat sheet structure.
