Designed to maximize thermal insulation and hygiene in your industrial facilities, the SK-P-I Sliding Cold Room Door Inox Accessory Plastic Frame model stands out with its structure that is resistant to demanding conditions.
General Features and Material Quality As a standard, it is manufactured with 0.5 mm thick galvanized RAL9002 (25µ) electrostatic oven-painted, protective film-covered sheet metal. Depending on the hygiene and durability requirements of the usage area, CR-NI 304 stainless steel, PVC coating, or colored sheet metal can be optionally preferred. Anodized aluminum profiles are used around the movable wing frame.
Completely Stainless INOX Hardware In order to extend the mechanical life of the door, the door accessories are made entirely of INOX (CR-NI 304 stainless) material. Carrier rail, wheels, handles, and all necessary accessories are produced using composite materials and stainless steel, providing full protection against corrosion.
High Insulation and Frame Structure The 3-Corner PVC Fixed Frame, made of a hygienic special PVC profile, has a structure that prevents bacterial growth. There is a double row of seals on three sides of the movable leaf, and a specially designed seal on the lower edge designed for doors without thresholds. In this way, excellent insulation is achieved while energy losses are minimized.
Optional Features and Models Doors can be manufactured as opening to the right or left according to customer demands; a lock system, sight glass, and CR-NI 304 stainless skirt sheet (shin guard) can be easily integrated.
The SK-P-I series is offered in four different models with FLAT sheet structures and different wing thicknesses (80mm, 100mm, 120mm, 140mm) depending on the insulation need:
