The LIVDOOR series M-MK-P-E model cold room doors offer excellent sealing and durability for monorail passage lines. It is equipped with a special PVC frame structure for facilities where hygiene standards are at the highest level.

Technical Specifications:

Monorail Compatibility: The perimeter of the monorail line is covered with CR-NI 304 stainless steel sheet.
Frame Structure: 3-corner PVC fixed frame (special hygienic PVC profile).
Wing Structure: 0.5mm thick RAL9002 electrostatic oven painted galvanized sheet with protective film (Optional: CR-NI 304 stainless or PVC coating).
Hinge System: 10mm rising hinge design for easy opening.
Sealing: Single row seal on the movable wing and special seal for the lower edge designed for thresholdless doors.
Hardware: Fully composite plastic accessories and optional mortise/external locking systems.
Options: Sight glass and stainless steel kick plate (skirt sheet) can be added.
