The LIVADOOR WMK-SAL series Double Wing Hinged Cold Room Doors, manufactured with Karsey Industry's quality, provide excellent insulation and long-lasting performance for your refrigeration systems. In our production process, we utilize high-tech PUR injection machines instead of sheet metal heating systems to ensure maximum thermal insulation. The standard models feature 0.5 mm thick galvanized RAL9002 (25µ) electrostatic oven-painted sheet metal with a protective film. Depending on your project requirements, CR-NI 304 stainless steel, PVC coating, and colored sheet metal options are also available.
Structural integrity is maintained with a 4-corner aluminum fixed frame and movable wing frames made of anodized aluminum profiles. High-level sealing is guaranteed by the 10 mm rising hinge design, a double row of seals surrounding all four sides of the wings, and completely composite plastic door accessories. Offering great ease of use, one of the wings can be kept locked depending on the operational needs. Additionally, optional features such as sight glasses, mortise-external or combination locking systems, and CR-NI 304 stainless steel skirt sheets (shin guards) can be integrated into all our door models.
