The FFT-K flip flap bar type cold room door is a professional solution designed for areas requiring fast and frequent access. Its single swing structure combined with a 180-degree double-action hinge system provides ease of use and operational efficiency.
The door panel is filled with 40 mm thick CFC-free polyurethane (PUR) insulation, ensuring excellent thermal performance and minimizing cold air loss. With a density of 42 kg/m³, it enhances energy efficiency and reduces operating costs.
The surface is made of galvanized steel sheet coated with electrostatic powder paint, ensuring durability and long service life. Optional surface alternatives include CR-NI 304 stainless steel, PVC coating, and colored sheet options.
The door is equipped with impact-resistant polyethylene protection, making it suitable for heavy-duty use. A single row sealing system ensures tight insulation. An optional vision window can also be integrated.
