In industrial cold storage facilities built with massive budgets, the greatest threats are often hidden in the invisible details. When you look at a cold room panel from the outside, you see a flawless, smooth surface. Traditional production processes in the industry generally consist of heating the sheet metal, passing it through press lines, and long curing stages. However, these old-generation methods prevent the insulation material from distributing homogeneously inside the panel, leaving air gaps as thin as a strand of hair. With temperature differences, these millimetric gaps expand, the sheet metal separates from the filling material, and the dreaded thermal bridges are formed.

The PUR (Polyurethane) filling we use is injected into cold molds with extraordinary pressure. Thanks to this intense and flawless filling process, the polyurethane penetrates every square millimeter of the sheet metal surface. Unheated sheet metal and unpressed panels experience no structural stress. The result is a monolithic block where the sheet metal and polyurethane become an inseparable whole, without a single air bubble inside.
