Adapting Panel Production Logic to Capsule Homes: As is known, in our highly insulated sandwich panel production process, we inject 42-density PUR (Polyurethane) foam into pre-cut sheets using high-pressure machinery, without heating the sheet metal or using curing press systems. When this exact same industrial logic is applied using custom-curved metal molds instead of flat sheets, the result is a self-supporting, monolithic composite body. This allows for a smooth transition from the production line to modular living.
Maximum Durability and Compact Structure: The 42-density PUR foam, hardening with high density between two metal surfaces, grants the structure immense monolithic resistance without the need for an extra heavy steel skeleton. This aerodynamic composite shell provides a much more flexible and stronger protective shield against earthquakes, severe winds, floods, and external impacts compared to classical structures.
4-Season Uninterrupted Comfort: The technology used to lock temperatures inside cold storage facilities is the key to these capsule homes being viable in any climate.
