Karsey Industry Cold Room Panel Manufacturing Process: The Secret of 26 Years of Quality
The heart of any industrial cooling system lies in the cold room panels that maintain the ambient temperature and act as a shield against external factors. At our modern manufacturing facility in Seydişehir, Konya, Karsey Industry continues the production journey we started in 2000, now backed by 26 years of deep-rooted corporate history. We are stepping inside our production line to explore the technology behind our cold room panels and LIVADOOR door systems, tailored for the food, medical, and logistics sectors.
1. Material Selection and Cold Roll-Forming Our production process begins with the selection of premium, corrosion-resistant galvanized, polyester-painted, or stainless steel sheets. In the Karsey Industry production line, we do not apply any pre-heating systems to the metal sheets. The shaping process is entirely carried out using precise cold roll-forming technology. By eliminating heat treatment, the metal sheets perfectly retain their natural metallurgical structure, corrosion resistance, and paint quality.
2. Locking Mechanism and Zero Gap Principle To ensure a "zero defect and zero thermal bridge" performance during assembly, we integrate eccentric locking mechanisms into our panels. Positioned on the edges of the cold-formed panels, these locks ensure airtight interlocking and flawless sealing.
3. High-Density PUR/PIR Injection (No Stone Wool!) The true insulation power of a panel is determined by its core material. Using high-pressure machinery, we inject 40-42 kg/m³ density Polyurethane (PUR) and high-fire-resistance Polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam between the prepared metal shells. As Karsey Industry, we focus strictly on this closed-cell technology that provides peak thermal efficiency; we do not manufacture stone wool panels. The PUR and PIR core elevates both the insulation capacity and the compressive strength of the panels to the maximum level.
4. Pressing, Curing, and LIVADOOR Integration Following the injection, our panels are cured under hydraulic presses with precise pressure and timing, transforming them into an inseparable monoblock structure. The ultimate guarantee of these panels is the highly engineered LIVADOOR cold room doors produced in our facilities. When our panels and LIVADOOR systems work together, energy loss and icing issues in your facility become a thing of the past.
Conclusion We are not just a supplier; we are your solution partner. With the durability of our panels and the sealing technology of our LIVADOOR doors, we build trust at European and global standards.
