1. Pre-Installation Preparation and Planning
The success of the installation depends on the suitability of the floor and the environment.

Site Survey: The floor where the cold room will be installed must be perfectly level. Uneven floors prevent panels from interlocking correctly and cause thermal bridges (heat leakage).

Ventilation: The outdoor unit (condenser) should be placed in an area with adequate air circulation where it can easily discharge hot air.

Energy Infrastructure: An electrical line suitable for the device's capacity (single-phase or three-phase) must be installed, and a voltage regulator/protection relay should definitely be used.
2. Step-by-Step Installation Process

Placement of Floor Panels: If the floor is to be insulated, the process starts with the floor panels. Ensure that the panels are fully seated with each other using the "cam-lock" system.

Wall and Corner Panels: Walls are raised starting from the corner panels. Antibacterial silicone or sealing mastic must be applied to the joints.

Ceiling Panels: Ceiling panels are placed after the walls are completed. In large rooms, suspension brackets should be used to prevent the ceiling from sagging.

Door Installation: The door frame must be installed by ensuring it is perfectly level. Check that the rubber gaskets press firmly against both the floor and the frame.

Equipment Installation: Connections between the indoor unit (evaporator) and the outdoor unit are made with copper piping. After piping, vacuuming must be performed to remove moisture from the system.
