1. The Idea and Initial Sketch: Everything starts with a simple draft. Our solution partner, who will implement the project, conveys their cold room concept to us with a roughly drawn plan and specified needs. 2. Engineering and Project Design: These preliminary requests are analyzed by our expert project unit engineers. The most suitable panel thicknesses, door types, and insulation values are determined, and professional project preparation begins. 3. Costing and Draft Approval: The detailed project and cost calculations are presented as a draft to the person who designed the project. At this stage, mutual discussions take place to review the project. Communication continues until all necessary revisions and changes are completed. 4. Transition to Production: With the final approval of our customer, the project is included in the production plan. In our factory, your panels and doors are manufactured with millimeter precision using the highest quality PUR (Polyurethane) injection technology, without utilizing a sheet heating system. 5. Vehicle Layout Plan and Shipment: When production is completed and materials are ready, the logistics process begins. Our project unit prepares a special "vehicle layout plan" so that the materials can be transported without damage and in accordance with the assembly sequence. Our shipment unit coordinates the transportation and safely delivers the products to the end-user at the site.
